For me, that calling has taken many forms.
A microphone in front of a sports arena. A real estate deal in a city I barely knew. A television series filmed across the most beautiful corners of the world. And eventually — inevitably — a one-way ticket to a country I'd never lived in before.
The entrepreneur in me was moving from the beginning. My curiosity and love for doing many different things has always been one of my greatest gifts — and I make no apology for it. Jack of all trades and master of none is not an insult to me.
I launched a fashion company while hosting a sports show on ESPN. I flipped houses, earned my real estate and design licenses, and built a portfolio of rental properties that spanned the US.
all of those instincts led me somewhere
I never expected.
To A Place in the Sun — the world's top international property series. After securing the US license, I executive produced and hosted the series for global distribution on Discovery channel.
Episode after episode, I watched people walk into the right geography — and transform.
They stood differently. Breathed differently. Talked about their lives differently. I was witnessing something profound.
Something I didn't yet have a name for.
so I did what I had been encouraging others to do.
I moved.
each one teaching me something the last one couldn't.
One truth became undeniable: where you choose to live is one of the most powerful, most underused decisions available to you.
Your environment is not the backdrop of your life. It is one of the most significant forces shaping it — your energy, your identity, your creativity, your health, and how alive you feel on an ordinary Tuesday morning.
This is what I call your Personal Geography. And it led me to my most meaningful chapter yet.
twenty years of geographic lived experience.
As host and executive producer of Forever Young with Dr. Pablo Prichard, currently airing on NBC, I bring twenty years of geographic lived experience to conversations about aging, longevity, and what it truly means to thrive.
Working alongside the remarkable Dr. Pablo Prichard, I approach each episode as a deeply curious learner — and what the science keeps confirming is everything I already knew in my body. The air you breathe. The pace your nervous system lives inside. The food culture around you.
These are not lifestyle preferences. They are biological inputs that shape how long and how well you live.
all of these threads come together.
Personal Geography, longevity, the stories of lives redesigned from the address up — they all meet at Wanderland Media, my production company.
Built on the belief that the most extraordinary stories are already being lived, we go find them and bring them to screen.
Coming soon: Dream Life Abroad and The Geographic Cure — two series that will continue to explore what becomes possible when you choose your environment with intention.
i didn't arrive here by accident.
I arrived by asking a different question — not where did I end up, but —
— the question — where do I need to be to become who I'm here to become.
If that question is starting to form in you,
I think we have a lot to explore together.
the right environment doesn't just change you. it reveals you.
I'm so glad you found your way here.
