INSPIRE
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I have inspirational paraphernalia all over my house and office. I’m a huge believer that thoughts become things. So why not fill your head with ideas that inspire and motivate?
This page is going to portray the people and things that inspire me, from the simple to maybe the more profound. I find that the littlest things, if we are willing to pay attention to them, can give us a lift in the spirit and we can find inspiration pretty much everywhere.
Being an entrepreneur means I’m always looking for things that inspire me. It is my hope that maybe some of these things will move you too or at least put a smile on your face.
BE THERE
In the course of my travels for both filming and personal adventures, I have been able to ingratiate myself into a brief moment of life in so many diverse lands, encountering overwhelming beauty, amazing people and incredible opportunities. As part of my effort to preserve the memories and communicate these stories to others, I have created a journal of pictures and summaries which portray some of the unique elements of each location as I experienced it. This page will exhibit those highlights along the journey. I hope that this journal might encourage some of you to travel to a place that you recognize embodies an energy you already share, or a spirit you seek. One thing I have certainly learned is that the world is full of welcoming people and places, open to anyone who is willing to explore.
PONDER
My job description includes traveling around the world and experiencing a broad spectrum of cultures, people and lifestyles. I wanted to dedicate a page to some of the more interesting events and ideas that I have recently recognized in the world around us. Whether I’m sharing comments, quotations, or occurrences because they made me laugh, question, or find cause for concern, the commonality is that I believe these are worth a second thought. On a personal, local, or global level, these will be the topics and tangents that I wanted to share most of all, because even at the crazy pace we live in, they were thought provoking enough to make me pause. I hope you can also, occasionally, find a moment to ponder or reflect along with me.
DREAM
It has been said that nothing happens unless we first dream it. Because there is nothing like a dream to shape the future, I wanted a page that would demonstrate some of the future projects myself and my companies are working on. I think there is something motivational about sharing dreams and of course there is nothing like writing your dreams down and seeing them come to fruition, so this is that page! From the humblest of hopes, to the goals we almost dare not speak aloud for fear of failure, the first step is believing.
With that said, I’ll let one of my favorite quotes sum it up perfectly; “The starting point of great success and achievement has always been the same. It is for you to dream big dreams.
